Please follow this step by step guide if you are not familiar with using File Transfer Protocol

Step 1 :- Navigate to the "Client Area"

Step 2 :- Click on the "Connect" button on the bottom Navigation Bar

Step 3 :- A login box will appear, please fill in the Username and Password fields with your
designated Backdraft username and password issued to you and click "Connect".

Step 4 :- You are now connected to the secure Backdraft Web Server. The left hand pane shows
your local computer and the right hand pane shows your files and folders on the Server.

Step 5 download files to your pc to view :- Double click a folder to open it and view the files
within it. Select the folder on your pc to download the file to (here we are using a folder named
'Backdraft' in Documents). Next select the file you wish to download and click on the "Download"
button on the bottom navigation bar. A copy of the file will now transfer to your pc.
You can now open the file on your pc.

Step 6 :- When you have finished downloading files it is important that you disconnect from
the FTP client.
